Concept Development

Our team of full-time professional artists and graphic designers transforms your ideas into reality.

Two concept options: We develop two distinct design paths based on your ideas, themes, or character DNA.A couple rounds of revisions (up to three) allow for refinement and perfection of the design.

Our creative team includes concept artists, illustrators, hand-drawing specialists, and media/photoshoot experts who collaborate to deliver truly exceptional designs.

Hand-Drawn Line Art on Paper

Every design begins with hand-drawn pencil sketches, ensuring an authentic and artistic foundation for each piece.

Hand-Coloring

Using over 100 specialized markers, our artists meticulously hand-color the designs, producing Pantone-perfect hues to bring each artwork to life.

Custom Graphic Packaging

Every product is delivered in one-of-a-kind packaging tailored to its unique design, creating a “BIG WOW” unboxing experience.

Screen Printing Preparation

Artwork is adapted for screen printing using graphic design software.
A mesh screen is coated with emulsion and dried in a darkroom, ready for printing.

Transparency and Half-Tone Film Creation (Sampling)

A black transparency of the design is created to transfer the image onto the mesh screen, ensuring a precise stencil.

Mesh Screen Frame Setup (Large-Scale Screen)

A large silk screen frame (150cm x 150cm) is prepared for the design. Each color requires its own frame, and an average design uses 12-14 super-sized frames for both sides of the shirt.

Mesh Screen All-Over Printing Frame (Sampling)

The transparent film is placed on the mesh screen, transferring the stencil for the final print. These frames are crucial for achieving high-quality, seamless designs.

360° Mega Printing Press with Water-Based Ink (Sampling)

Using advanced printing technology, designs are applied seamlessly across the garment’s front, back, sleeves, and neckline.

Eco-friendly water-based inks ensure safety for workers and sustainability for the environment.

Quality Assurance and Pantone Checks

Our QA and QC teams meticulously inspect every product for defects, inconsistencies, and color accuracy.
Pantone swatches are used to verify precise color matching and overall quality.

Final Prototype Sample

Each prototype undergoes finishing with exclusive silk screen technology for a super-soft, ultra-thin, breathable texture.
Cotton is pre-shrunk at 90°C to stabilize shrinkage rates and remove impurities.
