A campaign is a 21 day window where a product is available for purchase. If a product receives enough orders to hit the funding goal, the product will be made. If the minimum goal is not reached, all orders will be refunded. 

Products that reach their funding goal are put into production. Since we have to make thousands of products, they can take up to 60-90days to cook up! Your order will ship 1 to 2 business days after production is complete and will usually arrive 7 to 15 days after we send your order out. 

Please note that some locations may take up to 10 to 30 days for your order to arrive, and that due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), delivery to some locations is temporarily unavailable.

Keep an eye on your email for a shipping confirmation notification as it will contain your tracking number.

Youtooz releases 1 drop of each collectible in limited quantities. After they sell out they will never be released again.

Taxes are calculated automatically to the best of our ability during checkout based on the shipping destination. We do not take responsibility for any additional charges whether it be additional taxes, customs/duty fees, or other charges imposed by regulatory/government bodies or mailing services.

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of $8.99 USD, plus $3.99 USD on every additional item.  

Some product types may have lower or higher shipping rates due to their sizing.

To confirm shipping costs and check if we ship to you, add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout where you can enter your address and verify if we ship to your location.

Orders usually ship 2 to 3 months after a campaign has been successfully funded.  

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Makeship containing your order details and tracking number. 

You can track the shipping progress by either clicking on the tracking number in the email or by copying and pasting the tracking number into the AfterShip field below.

Note: Our support team has access to the same shipping information and details as provided in the tracking number. If you have a concern with the status of your package while it is in transit to the final destination, please contact the carrier responsible for your package.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Replacements or store credit will be offered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly received items.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery if you have any issues or concerns about your product. If you believe your item was damaged during the manufacturing process or while in transit, please submit a support request here. Please include your order number (starting with "#MSP"), a detailed description of the product defects / damage, and pictures of the product you received. 

For limited-time crowdfunded products, if the campaign does not reach the minimum funding goal by the time the campaign is over, Artwear Space will refund the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign has ended.

Shipments to the UK and EU are subject to VAT. Shipments to the US are subject to city and state specific tax.

NOTE: Additional customs fees may be charged upon delivery to shipments outside of the US. Youtooz is not responsible for these additional fees.
